Belgian psychiatrist Peter Balakoff, A.K.A. Ted Roter, was a bit actor in 60's mainstream television series such as The Man From U.N.C.L.E. before becoming involved in L.A.'s burgeoning porn scene. His first starring roles were in his own productions, steamy suburban swinger soap operas with plenty of erotic melodrama.
